Audit · Second audit, then re-checks

After the run, seven reviewers each took one group of steps, re-derived every claim, recomputed the finite computations by their own methods, checked every citation against its source and hypotheses, and graded each step correct, minor or error. They found 15 errors and wrote eight corrections; the final verdict of that audit is (Summary 9.5).

In the repair pass that followed, the errors that no step of the search had repaired went to four fresh agents, Agents X1–X4, and each agent's repairs went to a fresh reviewer who had not written them. The reviewers re-derived every repaired step and recomputed every count by their own method Re-check V1 to Re-check V5. Every repair holds, a few after a change of wording; one step, which had left a hypothesis open that a published decomposition settles, failed and was replaced on a second attempt.

15 errors among the 110 steps, each corrected inside the run or by one of the eight correction steps here; no conclusion of the run changes. The final verdict, with the table of errors, is Summary 9.5.

Brief as sent

Seven auditors, each with one group of steps in full plus the parents and children outside the group, re-derived every claim, recomputed the finite computations by their own methods, checked every citation against its source and the hypotheses of every cited theorem, graded each step correct, minor or error, traced where each error was used, wrote correction steps for errors the run had not fixed, and rewrote every step as a stage of a mathematics paper. The full brief is kept with the run's scratch files; the grading rules are in the skill's agent-brief.md.
